About the online forum

ADSHG
  • Our online forum is a vibrant community of ADSHG members offering mutual support and help. It is a key membership benefit of the ADSHG, providing subscribing members with the opportunity to share experiences, ask questions, make new friends and discuss the practicalities of living with Addison's.

You can visit the online forum using

The ADSHG online forum welcomes family members, as well as those living with Addison's and other forms of steroid-dependence. People living outside the UK and Ireland are also welcome to join, and the forum has proved a helpful support to people in remote locations across a number of countries.

The ADSHG forum is a closed (private) discussion area within the ADSHG website. Once you are a subscribing member of the ADSHG, it is possible to register for the forum under a pen name, so that you are not required to disclose your full identity unless you feel comfortable doing so.

Some 11% of the ADSHG's subscribing members live outside the UK, in countries ranging from Iceland to Thailand.
