Medical grant funding available from the ADSHG

ADSHG
  • The ADSHG is able to make small grant funding to a limited number of researchers each year, for projects that will advance good clinical practice in the diagnosis and management of Addison's disease.

The amount is limited to £5,000 per grant, which is intended as top-up funding to cover project add-ons such as laboratory processing and equipment costs. One or two grants are available each year; successful applicants may reapply in subsequent years where their research in ongoing.

The research grant application form is available here.

Anyone wishing to make a charitable donation towards the work of the ADSHG in supporting medical research, may do so through our dedicated Just Giving appeal, here.

ADSHG is grateful to the T W Higgs Charitable Trust for its continuing support to the charity's medical research grant funding.
In 2016, the charity also received an operating grant from Actavis UK Ltd towards its medical research grant funding.
