The ADSHG has five charity places available in the Great South Run on 21 October 2018
The Great South Run is one of the UK's most popular national events and is a flat 10 mile course around the Portsmouth waterfront course. This event is best suited to people with an established level of fitness who wish to raise funds and awareness for ADSHG. If you are interested to represent ADSHG in one of the UK's largest annual running events, please get in touch on this link. We ask entrants to cover the course fee as a deposit and to raise at least three times this amount in further sponsorship. Entrants are supported with a complimentary ADSHG branded running vest or t-shirt, plus publicity in our charity's Facebook and Twitter accounts on social media.
Our charity places in the Great South Run are open to anyone who would like to support the work of our charity, although we will give priority to people with Addison's or their families. Please get in touch if you are keen to give it a go.
ADSHG can assist you with explanatory leaflets to support your fundraising, guidance on how to create your own web and text giving linked to our JustGiving, Virgin Money Giving or MyDonate fundraising pages, an ADSHG sports vest or t-shirt to wear during your event, and publicity for your fundraising on our Facebook and Twitter pages.
